About My Practice
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
License No: MFT 21837
If you are considering psychotherapy, it can seem like a daunting prospect, but it is one thing in your life that is truly all about you and making your life better. Making meaningful changes in your life can additionally be helpful to those around you. Couples-therapy/marriage-therapy is highly beneficial, and can not only change the way you relate to others, but it can change the way you relate to yourself as well.
My style is warm and engaging, and my approach is direct and compassionate. I get to know you, support your strengths and resources, and help you find the best way to address your concerns. We will explore life-changing strategies in a safe space – the therapy goals are defined by you, with your success as the ultimate goal.
I am currently offering sessions exclusively via “Telehealth” – technology assisted psychotherapy sessions. This means phone sessions or sessions through a videoconferencing application on your Wi-Fi connected device. Many of you ask, when will we be able to meet in person? That remains unknown, but I want to make that happen as soon as it is possible. The best answer is, when all the signals align, so to speak, I will re-open my office to in-person sessions.
Please call or email me to discuss what you are looking for, how I can help, and see how we can work together.
